Unlike dead frozen bloodworms (that aren't actually worms... but midge fly larvae) live blackworms are just that... LIVE WORMS! Most online stores offer a ridiculously large amount of worms, which is great if you have a giant fish room or are beginning a culture. But here at Puffer Pantry we try to offer realistic portions for the everyday fish keeper, so each worm is healthy, lively and fresh for your fish. 

Choose your culture size:

• 2 Grams - Feeds tank for a week
• 5 Grams - Feeds tank for a couple weeks

Weight based solely on worms.

For Feeding To Your Fish

• Always rinse before feeding. They come rinsed and in clean water but since they were fed prior to arrival they still can produce waste.
• Use tweezers or pipette to collect worms and add to tank.
• Since blackworms are true aquatic worms they won't foul the water. They will live in your aquarium. It is best to feed in moderation, only what your fish can consume within a few minutes.
