Live Culture Shipping Schedule

We ship out Monday-Wednesday only to ensure our live cultures arrive fresh! Orders placed after 12:00pm PST Wednesday will be shipped out the following Monday.

Note: We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico via USPS Priority Mail. Transit times are typically 2–3 days but cannot be guaranteed. Live cultures ship at the buyer's risk for these destinations — we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for DOA arrivals due to extended transit.
